The Jade East Towers in Destin, Fla., is on a private stretch of beach on the Emerald Coast. Numerous restaurants and museums are within driving distance. Golf courses and watersports are also nearby.
This 18-story condominium resort features lush tropical landscaping and a lobby with three high-speed, air- conditioned elevators. Guests can spend the afternoon at the lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, bask in the sun at the beach or relax in the gulf side lounge area. Guests with energy to burn will appreciate the fitness center and lighted tennis court. Additional on site amenities include a boardwalk to the beach, clubhouse, gas barbecue grills and picnic area. The Destin resort also provides complimentary beach service from March through October.
These three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos are designed to make guests' stay as comfortable as possible. A large private balcony is an ideal spot to enjoy gulf views with friends and family. Bay windows in the master bedroom overlook the beach. Each condo also features a fully equipped kitchen so guests can enjoy the freedom to cook their own meals, or simply store leftovers from area restaurants and reheat them later. After a long day in the sun, guests will want to relax in their air conditioned unit and watch television or a video. For guests' convenience, units also include a full size washer and dryer.

Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. During Spring Break (March 20 to April 8) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed.
