The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, Fla., overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is within walking or a short driving distance of Destin's popular tourist attractions, casual and fine dining and unique shopping experiences. Numerous museums and golfing opportunities are also nearby.
Towering 19 stories above the beach, the Destin resort offers impressive views of the Emerald Coast. Adults can go for a swim in one of the three adult pools while the kids play safely in the shallow children's pool. Guests can easily maintain their exercise program with fitness centers located in each building. In season, guests can enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. With tennis courts, a video game room, seasonal children's activities and two spas, every member of the family will be entertained. The Destin resort also has conference and meeting room facilities available for business or social functions.
Guests can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico as they relax on the balcony of their one- or two-bedroom condominium unit. After a long day of sun and sand, guests will be happy to lounge in their air conditioned unit and watch cable television or a video. Each unit has separate living and sleeping areas, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include a telephone, high speed internet connection, alarm clock radio and ceiling fans. Two bedroom units also have a washer and dryer and coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor near the stairwell.
With a wide range of on-site amenities and nearby activities, an oceanfront location and the extra space and privacy afforded by one- and two-bedroom units, the Pelican Beach Resort is a popular choice with Destin-bound vacationers.
Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. Between March 20 and April 8, the ratio for each reservation must be one parent, guardian or responsible adult per every two underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision for their children. During the spring break period of March 24 through April 21, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, and all reservations made by guests under 25 years of age will be assessed a fee of 25 USD plus the cost of two nights stay including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
A security deposit of 200 USD will be collected at the time of check-in. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit.
