The ResortQuest Nantucket Cottages in Destin, Fla., is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The Golf Garden, open to the public, is two miles away. Various shopping and dining establishments are nearby. Other area attractions include Big Kahuna Water Park, Gulfarium and the Museum of Naval Aviation.
This 20-building, smoke-free vacation village provides seclusion and peace close to area attractions. Private pathways surround the Caribbean-style grounds. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool (heated seasonally) or relax on the sundeck. For guests' convenience, laundry facilities are located on-site. Guests check-in at an off-site office, which also features a complimentary video library.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condos are decorated with Caribbean furnishings and have vaulted ceilings. All units feature fully equipped kitchens refrigerators, stoves and microwave ovens. Guests will appreciate the freedom to cook their own meals or visit any of the area restaurants and use their kitchen to store leftovers. Guests can relax with family or friends on private balconies with restricted gulf views. Living rooms give guests more space to relax and some units have sleeper sofas or convenient hall bunks that allow more sleeping space.
With an on site pool and the extra space, privacy and convenience afforded by one -bedroom units, ResortQuest Nantucket Cottages appeals to families and couples.
*The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break period (3/18-4/21). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
