Just minutes from the Silver Sands Factory Stores, the largest designer mall outlet in the United States, the ResortQuest Tops'l Summit is convenient to many area attractions. Guests will find recreation around every corner in Destin and the surrounding area. Several world-class golf courses, amusement parks, and aquariums are nearby. Guests can enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Other nearby recreational activities include parasailing, kayaking, jet-skiing and dozens of nightclubs and lounges.
Located on 55 acres adjacent to a nature preserve on Florida's Emerald Coast, the resort boast some stunning views and creates an unforgettable ambience.
The hotel features heated indoor and outdoor pools with poolside bars. A fully equipped business center and a barbeque area are available for guest use, and there is a restaurant on-site. There are fitness trails, a sauna, pro-shop and a convenience store all on the property. Other amenities include an arcade/game room, spa services, racquetball court, conference facilities and spa tubs.
Each of the two-bedroom, two-bathroom units can accommodate up to six guests and feature kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, cookware and dishes. All units have balconies, televisions and VCRS.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
Guests under 25 years of age are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check in at 3:00 p.m. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. No exceptions.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. All special requests are subject to availability. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Properties require a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
**Cancellation penalties due to weather related issues are only waived in the event that the property is not accepting any additional reservations for the dates that the guest is already reserved for. In the event that the property is still operational, all cancellation penalties will apply.
