Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 75 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
Guests under 25 years of age are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check in at 3:00 p.m. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check- in for incidental charges.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. All special requests are subject to availability. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Properties require a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of l advance payment, deposit/rental money and the party wil not be permitted to check in.
**Cancellation penalties due to weather related issues are only waived in the event that the property is not accepting any additional reservations for the dates that the guest is already reserved for. In the event that the property is still operational, all cancellation penalties wil apply. **
