This Destin, Fla., area resort is just 250 yards from the beach and less than one mile from the Village of Baytowne. A complimentary shuttle service provides transportation to nearby attractions.
Services and facilities available at the property include complimentary video rental, beach service, barbecue areas, clubhouse, pool, sauna and tennis courts. Guests can sip on a cocktail at the poolside bar or dine at the on site restaurant. The resort offers a fitness center with personal trainers and certified massage therapists. Children's recreational programs are available seasonally and an 18-hole putting course with chipping and putting green is open to guests. Guests can enjoy twelve well-lit tennis courts with certified professional tennis instructors and a tennis pro shop. Additional amenities include seasonal watersport rentals and shuffleboard.

These two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas offer balconies or patios and fireplaces. Each unit has a kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Other comforts of home include air conditioning, cable television with VCR, washer and dryer and telephone with complimentary local calls.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

Cancellation penalties due to weather related issues are only waived in the event that the property is not accepting any additional reservations for the dates that the guest has booked. In the event that the property is still operational, all cancellation penalties will apply.
Guests under 25 years of age are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Check in is after 3 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Due to high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in at 3 p.m. The property asks guests for their patience and suggests that guests have alternate plans available between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
