Cancellation Policy
For all arrivals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, 5/29/06-9/4/06, including Spring Break, reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $75.
For all arrivals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, 5/29/06-9/4/06, including Spring Break, reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be be assessed a charge of $75 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fee and any other inclusive surcharges.
Exception:
For all other arrivals, reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 75 USD.
For all other arrivals, reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 75 USD, plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or 250 USD cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred. It will be refunded between 15 to 45 days after departure.
Cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
**Please Note: The person making the reservation and checking in must be at least 25 years or older. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent over 25 and they must occupy the unit during the entire stay.**
