The Sterling Shores in Destin, Fla., is located within a gated community, 100 yards from the beach and three miles from the Destin Commons Mall.
This condominium resort has a 4,300 square-foot heated lagoon-style pool, beachside pool, sundecks and lush tropical landscaping. Children's programs offer an ideal social setting for kids of all ages and the on site 42-seat movie theater offers everything from box-office hits to sporting events. The on site Sterling Shores Beach Club serves hamburgers, wings, nachos, pizza, hot dogs, French fries and boiled peanuts. Additional amenities include beach access, high-speed Internet access, conference room with views of the Gulf of Mexico and complimentary parking. Golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, sailing, swimming and volleyball are also available on site.
Guests can choose from one-, two- or three-bedroom condominiums. All units have fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwave ovens, refrigerators with icemakers and coffeemakers. Other comforts of home include cable television, VCRs, telephones, high-speed Internet access, and air conditioning. Bathrooms feature jetted tubs. Guests can enjoy sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico with friends and family from private balconies. Each Unit features queen-sized sleeper sofas in the living rooms in addition to washers and dryers.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 75 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Exception:
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for arrivals between 4/1/06-4/22/06 and 5/30/06-9/4/06 will be assessed a charge of 75 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival for arrivals between 4/1/06-4/22/06 and 5/30/06-9/4/06 will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Monthly reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 75 USD.
Monthly reservations cancelled 90 days or less are non-refundable.
A 25 USD change fee is required once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit of 200 USD is required a time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check- outs.
Front desk hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Guests who plan to arrive after 10 p.m. CST must call 1- 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.**
**A departure cleaning fee will be collected at check- in. The charge for a one- or two-night stay for a 2BR/2BA is 80 USD; 3BR/2BA is 90 USD; and 3BR/3BA is 110 USD. The charge for stays of three nights or more for 2BR/2BA is 70 USD; 3BR/2BA is 75 USD; and 3BR/3BA is 90 USD.
