The Terrace at Pelican Beach in Destin, Fla., is close to numerous area golf courses, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Several museums and a range of watersports are also nearby.
Guests at this resort have many options for fun without ever leaving the property. Pelican's Play Zone is a children's activity program that will keep kids entertained and excited about their stay in Destin. A fitness center in the Terrace building offers various exercise equipment. Guests can enjoy a massage from the massage therapist in the health spa. Additional amenities include a video game room, pools, children's pool and whirlpool. Guests can play a game of tennis or enjoy a grilled meal on the outdoor gas barbecue grills in the pool area. For guests' convenience, there are coin-operated facilities on every floor near the central stairwell.
After a warm Florida afternoon, guests will want to cool down in their air-conditioned two-bedroom condominium with ceiling fans. Guests can enjoy the view from their private balcony or patio or relax and watch cable television or a video in the separate living area. Each condominium boasts a fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher. Guests will appreciate the freedom to cook their own meals or to visit any of the area restaurants. Condo amenities include high-speed Internet access, washer and dryers.

Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. Between March 20 and April 8, the ratio for each reservation must be one parent, guardian or responsible adult per every two underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision for their children. During the spring break period of March 24 through April 21, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, and all reservations made by guests under 25 years of age will be assessed a fee of 25 USD plus the cost of two nights stay including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
A security deposit of 200 USD is collected at the time of check-in. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit. A 24-hour check-in desk is located in the lobby of the Pelican Building.
